Attorney Gary practices in the area of defense of criminal cases including DUI, civil license suspensions, felony and misdemeanor assaults, felony sexual assaults, domestic assaults, arson, embezzlement, and theft.  His litigation practice includes personal injury law, such as automobile crashes, negligence, premises liability, slip and falls, intentional torts, and products liability.  He also has experience in handling insurance disputes, contract issues, real estate disputes, restraining orders and relief from abuse cases.

Corby A. Gary Esq.

Corby A. Gary was born in Wynantskill, New York.  He received a B.A. degree from the State University of New York in 1988, an A.A.S. degree from Hudson Valley Community College in 1986.  In 1994, Mr. Gary was awarded a law degree from Creighton University.  Attorney Gary was a law clerk for both the Nebraska District Court in 1993 and the Nebraska Supreme Court in 1994.  He was admitted to the Nebraska bar in 1995 and the Vermont bar in 1996, and has practiced before the civil trial and criminal courts of Vermont in all counties, as well as the Vermont Supreme Court.  Attorney Gary is a member of the American Bar Association, the Vermont Bar Association, the Vermont Trial Lawyers Association, the Vermont Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has served as the President of the Caledonia County Bar Association.  He has also been on the Board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Vermont Bar Association.

Attorney Gary is married and has two young sons.  He enjoys playing basketball.
