Daniel D. McCabe started at Axelrod & Adler in 2009 and handles a variety of cases including real estate transactions, criminal law, and personal injury. He is a member of the Vermont Association for Justice and the American Bar Association.
Attorney McCabe graduated from Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, in 2009 and was an Articles Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. He also completed Vermont Law School’s General Practice Program and was awarded several Academic Excellence Awards. During Law School, Mr. McCabe devoted a significant amount of time to an Albert Schweitzer Community Service Fellowship which provided free environmental regulation compliance consultations to independent automotive repair facilities throughout northern Vermont.
Mr. McCabe grew up in Lyndonville and Essex Junction, Vermont and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2004. Mr. McCabe earned a B.S. in Elementary Education and currently holds a Vermont Teaching License for Kindergarten through Sixth Grade. He took classes in Automotive Technologies at Vermont Technical College in 2005 - 2006 and passed Automotive Service Excellence tests in Electricity/ Electronics, Engine Repair, and Manual Transmissions.
Mr. McCabe lives with his wife in Montpelier, Vermont where the two enjoy hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities.
